Alle frivillige mellem 15-17 år skal uploade en underskrevet forældresamtykkeerklæring i People, ellers kan de ikke være frivillige på årets festival.

Roskilde Festival har i år valgt at alle frivillige under 18 år skal uploade  et forældresamtykkeerklæring, for at kunne være frivillig. Det betyder at man ikke kan få udleveret et armbånd før der er uploade  et forældresamtykkeerklæring på ens People profil. 

Samtykket skal uploades til People

Du skal printe skabelonen til samtykket, så dine forældre eller værge kan underskrive.

Når samtykket er underskrevet, skal du uploade dokumentet på din People-profil:

1. Først skal du klikke på dit navn øverst i højre hjørne af People og vælge ’Edit’.
2. Du ledes nu ind på siden, hvor du kan redigere din personlige oplysninger. Til højre på denne side, under overskriften ’Personlige dokumenter’, skal du trykke på knappen ’Gem dokument’
3. Du skal nu vælge ’Forældresamtykke for 15-17 årige frivillige’ under punktet ’Vælg skabelon’. Dernæst skal du trykke på knappen ’Vælg fil’, uploade filen og trykke ’Gem’.

Skriv en besked til RF@JGF-RF.dk når du har uploade forældresamtykkeerklæring, så vi kan holde styr på hvem der har klaret det. 

All volunteers between the ages of 15 and 17 are required to upload a signed parental consent declaration on People. Failure to do so will result in them being unable to volunteer at this year's festival.

This year, Roskilde Festival has decided that all volunteers under the age of 18 must upload a parental consent declaration in order to participate as a volunteer. This means that you will not be issued a wristband until a parental consent declaration is uploaded to your People profile.

The consent needs to be uploaded to People.

You need to print the consent template so that your parents or guardian can sign it.

Once the consent form is signed, you need to upload the document to your People profile:

First, click on your name at the top right corner of People and select ’Edit’.

You will now be taken to the page where you can edit your personal information. On the right side of this page, under the heading ’Personlige dokumenter’ click the  ’Gem dokument’ button.

Now, choose ’Forældresamtykke for 15-17 årige frivillige’  under the ’Vælg skabelon’ section. Then, click the ’Vælg fil’, button, upload the file, and click ’Gem’.

Write a message to RF@JGF-RF.dk when you have uploaded the parental consent form, so that we can keep track of who has managed it.
